Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

What is Maxx Jewelry’s return policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or new condition, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase. 

What is Maxx Jewelry’s exchange policy?

If your product is damaged or defective in the first 48 hours after receiving the product, or if you would like to exchange for a different size we are happy to exchange your order.

How do I start a return/exchange/refund for something I bought?

To start a return:

  1. Go to https://checkout.maxxjewelry.com, and login to your customer account

  2. Click on Orders

  3. Choose the Order you would like to return

  4. Then, Request Return

How long does it take for a return/exchange/refund?

This process will take a few days.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not based on the condition.

For an exchange we will send you a a new product upon the return process.

How long does it take for a full refund?

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We only ship domestically in the U.S.A. as of currently.

What if I want to change or cancel my order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately at support@maxxjewelry.com.

Unfortunately, once your order has been processed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. We can help you process a return or exchange if your order is fulfilled.

What happens if my order is returned to the sender?

Please contact us at support@maxxjewelry.com at so we can verify your correct address and process a replacement order for you.
